I know circumstances can make life really tough to handle sometimes. We spend hours on the internet in hopes that the answer to our problems will just pop up on the side of our screen.

If you're a parent and you're struggling with your day-to-day life, welcome. I've got a few different options for you to choose from and it all really depends on what it is you are looking for.

But first...
What is Lifestyle Design?

To put it simply, Lifestyle Design is whatever YOU want it to be.

The idea behind this concept is that we hold the power to create a life that we truly desire. As parents, it is soooo easy for us to get lost in the chaos of what we have to do every single day: errands to run, tasks to complete, mouths to feed, emails to respond to, work to attend, relationships to nourish, little minds to teach...

It can be very overwhelming. And the first aspect of our lives that gets affected by all of this? Our health and well-being.

It's much easier NOT putting in the work on ourselves and keeping it all on the back-burner while we scramble to take care of everyone and everything else.

But at what cost exactly?

When all we do is constantly run around on fumes, lots of things happen..

 ~ We lost our temper with others.

~ We lose interest in the things we enjoy. 

~ Our quality of life is diminished completely.

~ We don't enjoy life.

~ We hold little patience.

~ And the worst part? Our mental health worsens. It becomes negatively affected and we end up in this constant state of mental overwhelm and stress and may even succumb to anxiety and depression.

And if you're anyone like me and struggle with ADHD, prioritizing ourselves, as parents, can seem impossible.
